We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address, organisation (optional) and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to maintain the resulting correspondence. We do not use it to send marketing communications or to build profiles.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box when submitting the form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Once concluded, it is kept blocked for the legally established periods and then deleted.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties, unless required by law. Nor do we carry out international data transfers.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw the consent given. To do so, write to info@technosperm.com stating which right you wish to exercise. If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCAT).

This website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, and does not profile users' browsing. The only thing stored in your browser (local storage) is the language you choose, so that it can be remembered on future visits. This information is not sent to any server or shared with third parties, and you can delete it from your browser at any time.
